  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cilantro - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Slice the Chinese sausage into 1 cm thick pieces.
  4. Toss the sausage slices in the marinade until well coated and let them sit for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated sausage slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and heated through.
