- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Chili paste - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili paste, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Once marinated, thread the cauliflower florets onto skewers for grilling. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the cauliflower is tender and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
