Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 600 grams)
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Chili paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili paste, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  5. Once marinated, thread the cauliflower florets onto skewers for grilling. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the cauliflower is tender and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
