Ingredients

  • Bok Choy - 500 grams

  • Sesame Oil - 15 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Rice Vinegar - 15 ml
  • Honey - 10 grams
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Trim the ends of the bok choy and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the halved bok choy with the marinade until well coated.
