- Coconut milk - 50 milliliters

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water and coconut milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Lightly grease a small steaming dish or heatproof plate and pour half of the batter into it, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon the red bean paste in the center of the batter, then cover it with the remaining batter.
- Prepare a steamer and bring water to a boil. Place the dish in the steamer and cover it with a lid.
- Steam the rice cake for about 30 minutes, or until it is set and firm to the touch.
- Once cooked, remove from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes before dusting with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Cut the cake into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
