  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped mushrooms, green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture, and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it in half over the filling, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  4. Repeat the process until all wrappers are filled and sealed.
  5. Prepare a steamer by bringing water to a boil in a pot. Line the steamer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they do not touch each other. Cover and steam for about 10-12 minutes until the wrappers become translucent.
