  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Peel and steam the taro until soft, about 20 minutes, then mash it into a smooth paste.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
