Ingredients

  • Crab meat - 200 grams
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced red bell pepper to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Stir in the crab meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the crab mixture and add water. Stir well to coat the crab and vegetables evenly.
  6. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and cilantro. Adjust salt to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
