- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
