Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour - 100 grams
  • Sugar - 30 grams
  • Water - 120 milliliters
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 50 grams
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bean paste - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, and coconut oil.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Place a teaspoon of red bean paste in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal, rolling it into a ball.
  6. Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
