- Baking soda - 2 grams
- Salt - 1 gram
- Coconut oil (melted) - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Milk (dairy or non-dairy) - 50 ml
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
