- Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a medium pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
