- Glutinous rice flour - 200 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Brown sugar - 50 grams
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for greasing
Steps
- In a medium bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour and salt together.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before adding the coconut milk.
- Pour the coconut milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until smooth and well combined.
- Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
