  • Peanuts - 50 grams, chopped
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili paste - 1 teaspoon

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili paste. Pour this sauce over the chicken and peppers, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the prepared Kung Pao chicken mixture evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by chopped peanuts and green onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
