  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gluten-free noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to combine with the garlic.
  4. Add the cooked gluten-free noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until evenly coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
