  • Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, rice flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Coat each tofu cube with the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  4. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
