- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 50 grams
- Coconut oil - 30 grams
- Water - 50 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
- In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a bun.
- Place the buns on the prepared baking tray, leaving some space between them.
