- Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) - 4-6 pieces
Steps
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, gluten-free soy sauce, ground turmeric, ground coriander, garlic powder, ginger paste, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, honey, lime juice, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the soaked skewers.
