  • Chicken breast - 250 grams, sliced thinly

  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
