- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml

Steps
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
- Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
