  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
