  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Snap peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 60 milliliters
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the gluten-free soy sauce and water, mixing everything well. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
