  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
