- Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
- Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
