Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green beans - 200 grams, trimmed
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with cornstarch, a tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the pan with the green beans. Add the remaining gluten-free soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, toss well, and remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
