  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon (ensure gluten-free)
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
