- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the hot oil, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot to the pan, and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan, and pour in the gluten-free soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss everything together for another 2 minutes to combine and heat through.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, and toss again to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
