Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the hot oil, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot to the pan, and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the pan, and pour in the gluten-free soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss everything together for another 2 minutes to combine and heat through.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, and toss again to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
