  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, gluten-free soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
