Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, gluten-free soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
