  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Burger buns (kosher) - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
