- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Burger buns (kosher) - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and golden brown.

- Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by the cooked chicken patty.
- Top the chicken with cucumber slices and a sprinkle of chopped green onions, then place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
