Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 300 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the cubed tofu with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add the tofu to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the tofu and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  7. Return the tofu to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together for another minute.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed, and serve immediately.
