- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a medium bowl, toss the cubed tofu with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the tofu to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the tofu and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the tofu to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together for another minute.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed, and serve immediately.
