Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet, stirring gently to coat it with the garlic oil.
  5. Cook the spinach for about 3-4 minutes, or until wilted, stirring frequently.
