  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (Halal) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
