Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp, cutting the broccoli into florets, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
