  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - optional, to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet, seasoning with black pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through.
