- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - optional, to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
