- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to create a sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
