- Chicken breast - 250 grams, sliced

- Garlic - 5 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and the cubed eggplant. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the eggplant is tender.
- Add the minced garlic to the eggplant, and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
