- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
