Steps
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and stir-fry for an additional minute until fragrant.

- Pour in the sesame oil and water, tossing everything together to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
