  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
