- Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
- Butter - 50 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Spring onions (sliced) - for garnish
Steps
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns, squid, and fish fillets to the skillet.
- Cook the seafood for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the prawns are pink and the fish is cooked through.

- Stir well to coat the seafood evenly with the sauces and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
