  • Squid (cleaned and sliced) - 150 grams
  • Fish fillets (white fish) - 150 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Spring onions (sliced) - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns, squid, and fish fillets to the skillet.
  4. Cook the seafood for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the prawns are pink and the fish is cooked through.
  5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using) to the skillet.
  6. Stir well to coat the seafood evenly with the sauces and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley and sliced spring onions before serving.
