- Beef flank steak - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 6 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce (Kosher) - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (Kosher) - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 150 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, add the chopped green onions, and drizzle with sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
