- Firm tofu - 200 grams

- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 100 ml
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a bowl.
- In the bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and green onions. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and rice flour. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Form the marinated tofu mixture into patties and dip each into the batter, coating well.
- Pan-fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- While the patties are cooking, steam the bao buns according to the package instructions until warm and fluffy.
- Assemble the Gao Li Bao by placing a tofu patty inside each bao bun, then top with sliced cucumber and chopped cilantro.
