  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Steamed bao buns - 2

Steps

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a bowl.
  2. In the bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and green onions. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and rice flour. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
