Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder, cubed - 300 grams
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1 medium
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute to toast the spices.
  4. Add the cubed lamb to the skillet, stirring well to coat with the spice mixture. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the lamb is browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in the coconut aminos and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the lamb to become tender.

  7. To serve, place the cauliflower rice on plates, top with the lamb mixture, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
