- Fish fillet (such as tilapia) - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Fujian chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

- Fresh cilantro, chopped - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Layer the cooked seafood mixture evenly across the sauce, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
