  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
  • Squid, cleaned and sliced - 100 grams
  • Fish fillet (such as tilapia) - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Fujian chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook until seafood is opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread Fujian chili sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Layer the cooked seafood mixture evenly across the sauce, followed by the sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the seafood and vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
