Ingredients

  • Tapioca pearls - 50 grams
  • Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
  • Water - 500 milliliters
  • Sugar - 30 grams
  • Mango - 1 medium, diced
  • Kiwi - 1 medium, diced
  • Strawberries - 100 grams, hulled and sliced
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Ice cubes - as needed

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil.
  2. Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pearls become translucent.
  3. Remove the pot from heat, cover, and let the tapioca pearls sit for another 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the cooked tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. In a separate saucepan, combine the coconut milk and sugar, heating gently until the sugar dissolves. Do not let it boil.
  6. In a serving bowl, combine the cooked tapioca pearls with the coconut milk mixture.
  7. Add the diced mango, kiwi, sliced strawberries, and banana to the bowl, mixing gently to combine.
