Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine 100 ml of water and 2 grams of agar-agar powder. Stir well and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- After soaking, heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a boil. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes to activate the agar-agar.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add 200 ml of fresh fruit juice and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir until well mixed and the sweetener is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into two small dessert cups or molds, ensuring an even distribution of chopped fresh fruits at the bottom.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 20 minutes or until the jelly sets completely.
