  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 100 ml of water and 2 grams of agar-agar powder. Stir well and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  2. After soaking, heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a boil. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes to activate the agar-agar.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add 200 ml of fresh fruit juice and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (if using). Stir until well mixed and the sweetener is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into two small dessert cups or molds, ensuring an even distribution of chopped fresh fruits at the bottom.
  5. Refrigerate the cups for at least 20 minutes or until the jelly sets completely.
  6. Once set, gently remove the jelly from the molds (if using) and serve chilled.
