- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, diced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil and minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Return the fried tofu to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
