- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Bell pepper, diced - 1/2 medium
- Green onions, chopped - 3 stalks
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
