- Chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Egg - 1 large
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, then pour in the soy sauce, mixing everything thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
