- Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
- Snow Peas - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green Onions - 2, chopped
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
