Ingredients

  • Egg Noodles - 200 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell Pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Snow Peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green Onions - 2, chopped
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
