Ingredients

  • Water - 120 ml
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 500 ml

Steps

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and rinse them under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.

  5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Carefully place the battered florets into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
