- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sliced carrots and mushrooms to the pot and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Stir in the soy sauce, five spice powder, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the tofu cubes and spinach to the pot, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the tofu is heated through.
