Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, five-spice powder, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu cubes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
